Overview

Manufactured by coating fluoroplastic onto the Para-Aramid fabric. Two types available, type A and type K.

Main applications

• Mold release sheet during the ultrasonic sealing
• Basic material used in conveyor belts those need high tension

What is Para-Aramid?

As compared to the Meta-Aramid fibers, the Para-Aramid fibers are superior in mechanical properties such as the strength, degree of elasticity.

What is a Meta system?

Meta-Aramid fibers have the strength same as the all purpose fabrics and the released combustible gases are less toxic. These fibers are excellent flame and chemical resistants.

Operating temperature limit

-160℃ to +200℃

Characteristics

• It has an outstanding mechanical strength and is an excellent water vapor resistant as compared to the FGF series.
• Excellent anti-adhesion qualities, sliding property, heat resistance, chemical resistance and, electric insulation.
