Adhesive tape (Chukoh tape)
AGF-103T
- Adhesive tape (Chukoh tape)
- Fluororesin / Glass cloth based material
- ROHS Directive
overview
This adhesive fluoroplastic-impregnated glass cloth as a base material and has a silicone-based adhesive applied to one side.
Compared to AGF-100FR, it has significantly better releasing ability.
Applications
・Heat sealer release
・Receiving the cutting machine
・Release of heat press for cotton, nonwoven fabric, etc.
-Other applications where better releasing ability than conventional products are required
Operating temperature limit
-60°C to +250°C
Features
●The tape surface has seven times releasing ability compared to AGF-100FR.
●Excellent non-stick characteristics, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, Weatherability, and electric insulation.
● Comply with Food Sanitation Act Amendment (enforced from June 1, 2020) in Japan as food apparatus, containers and packaging.

*The values in the table above are measured values and are not guaranteed values.
*PE peel strength is measured by measuring the peel strength when peeling off a polyethylene (PE) film that has been heat-molded onto the surface of the tape.
The smaller the number, the better the release.
