- The designing, manufacturing, and selling the products such as floroplastic-containing products, floroplastic resin coatings, and Silicon resin coatings.
- Designing and Entrusted Production Management for Biodegradable Resin products.
We would hereby like to make a statement that we will respond to promptly handle complaints from customers.
Specific actions are as follows;
- Double-check details and urgency of the complaint, and then take an action to the complaint (such as the availability of substituting goods, repair, etc.)
- Provide a primary response to the complaint within 3 days.
If it is difficult to grasp details of complaint, we request you to make sure of the object product in person and on site. In that case, we will inform you of the schedule of investigation accordingly.
We will make our effort to improve “product’s quality” for customer’s perspective.
