PEEK film adhesive tape with excellent heat resistance, insulation, and chemical resistance
Chukoh Chemical Industries, Ltd. has developed “xACH-5102”, a highly heat-resistant PEEK film adhesive tape with a maximum operating temperature of 250°C.
PEEK film has excellent heat resistance, insulation, and chemical resistance. In addition, it is characterized by its high mechanical strength and low water absorption.
The product is expected to be used in insulation protection for automobile motors and batteries, which require durability over a wide temperature range and in harsh environments.
OUTLINE
High functional adhesive tape with silicone adhesive coated on one side of highly heat-resistant PEEK film. In addition to the high heat resistance of PEEK film, it has high insulation properties and low water absorption.
