Fukumoto Iron Works Co., Ltd. is a metalworking company that operates mainly in the semiconductor industry and has high technological capabilities and a strong customer base.
Through this transaction, the Group aims to expand its business domains and develop new markets, thereby achieving further business growth and improving its corporate value.

With Fukumoto Iron Works Co., Ltd. joining our group, the company name, CEO, capital, and terms of business will remain unchanged.
