Overview
With our original molding method, flexibility is added to the fluoroplastic hose.
The bending radius is therefore small, and it is suitable for the use where piping flexibility is required.
We manufacture I series with a spiral shape and S series with a continuous independent mountain shape.
Main applications
• Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and devices
• Optical equipment
• Chemical-resistant piping for electric and electronic applications, and laboratory applications

S series / Type of plastic: PTFE
The PTFE tube with a spiral shaped groove.
Has flexibility and less liquid accumulation.

Maximum operating temperature
+120℃
Characteristics
• Excellent in flexibility and chemical resistance
• The shape is to reduce liquid accumulation on the inner surface.
• The production is available from one piece.

I series / Type of plastic: PFA
The hose with individual mountain shaped groove with the PFA qualities unchanged.

Characteristics
• The operations become easier with the excellent elasticity and the ability to turn in a tight circle.
• The liquid flow can be visually inspected with its high transparency.
• Excellent in chemical resistance and non-adhesiveness.
