By adjusting the blending ratio, the texture and hardness can be freely changed. Furthermore, if 51% or more of pulp is blended with PE or PP, it is classified as "paper" by definition and can be treated as a "paper product."

Performance of pulp molded products

Pulp molded products have been confirmed to have adequate strength and flexibility, as well as sufficient rigidity and impact resistance in various tests based on JIS standards. Despite being "paper," they have mechanical characteristics comparable to plastics, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
