Overview
This is the PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) skived film that has improved strength and reduced flare and warpage during the processing by performing special treatment.
Main applications
• High-temperature electrical insulation covering.
• Clean release at ACF pressure bonding
• For OA equipment sliding
Operating temperature limit
-100℃ to +260℃
Characteristics
• It has higher intensity compared to MSF-100 (skived tape).
• It has excellent non-stick property, heat resistance, lowest friction, electric insulation, chemical resistance, water repellency and weatherability.
