At this exhibition, we will be exhibiting a PTFE integrated tank for wafer cleaning, a PTFE porous adhesive tape that can be used as an insulating material for chemical piping, and a bubbling sheet that is ideal for mixing chemicals.

This is a seamless, one-piece molded tank made using the isostatic molding method.

This is a double-structured box combining an ultra-thin PTFE inner surface with a PVC outer surface.
Compared to a single tank with the same thickness, the weight can be reduced and installation and setup are easier.

PTFE porous adhesive tape
This tape consists of silicone adhesive applied to a base material made of PTFE porous film (ePTFE).
In addition to the properties of fluoroplastic, it also has heat insulation, waterproofing, and water repellent performance, making it ideal for applications such as insulating and protective materials for chemical piping.
