Overview

Made with a large number of fluoroplastic coatings, the surface is much smoother than other forms.

Main applications

• Easy to release from heat-sealing mold

Operating temperature limit

-180℃ to +260℃

Structure

Characteristics

• Especially excellent anti-adhesion qualities and sliding properties.
• Excellent heat resistance, electric insulation and chemical resistivity.
• Since the surface is slightly smooth, possible to heat-seal highly smooth.
•Comply with Food Sanitation Act Amendment (enforced from June 1, 2020) in Japan as food apparatus, containers and packaging.
